    Lily-Shout
The one and only cross-server shout plugin.
    Usage
    Command: /shout [msg]
    Permission: lilyshout.use
    What it does
Lily-Shout is a simple plugin. It was created due to the necessity of a simple plugin that allowed you to select global or server-only chat. A player from one server can easily shout across to all the other servers, whether it be he wants to play a game, wants to tell everyone about his new town/faction/group, or just simply wants to socialize with the others. It's simple one command and strong configuration is easy for everyone to enjoy and an admin to set up.
    Installation
    1) Download the .zip and then unzip it.
    2) Drop the .jar into the /plugins folder of every single server you wish to be able to /shout from and recieve /shout from.
    3) Configure the config.yml to your every need
    4) Reload the server (or plugin) and enjoy!
    Testing Server
You can test out the plugin at my server,
    What it doesn't do
Even though Lily-Shout is not meant to provide admins a way to broadcast across their servers, it can easily fit this function. However, it is meant for the players (and admins of course) and all upgrades will be for the player side. This is not meant as a replacement for /alert, it is simply for players communicating with each other.
    I've got a problem/question!
Great! Just create a conversation with me on these forums and tell me all about it. You can also ask for new features in this fashion.
