[Hiring] Advanced Developer Needed! ($500 job)

Hello all! My name is Ryan, and I am currently looking for an experienced Java/LilyPad/Spigot developer.
I am in the works of creating a server that will be as large as Hypixel's and the like. I realized these big name big network servers are all running with custom coded plugins and such. I am looking to pay 500 or more dollars via Paypal or the like for a developer to work one on one with me and my needs for the network.

Requirements:
- Must know there way around LilyPad, Spigot/Bukkit API
- Skype
- Dropbox
- Work ethic
- Time
- Ability to work with other developers if needed
- PayPal account

I'd like to give it a shot. I'm the former owner/creator of Avicus, and the only plugin that I actually released into public was "Leap" which is a double jump lobby plugin.

It's in the resources section and you are free to download it. I have the source in case you are wanting to see it as well.

I come here onto lilypad everyday. And yes I could update you on the development everyday. I have about 3 years of java experience, and I do work with other developers as well.
