Staff join messages / Cross server punishment notifacations

Hi. Basically, I would Like 2 kind of plugins, possibly both rolled into 1 if possible.

The first being quite simple in my opinion.
Basically I want a plugin that broadcasts to all staff members, over all the LilyPad connected servers a message like "[Staff] [(Display name & Prefix)]" Joined & "[Staff] [(Display name & Prefix)] Left" for when a another staff member connects to the servers (Only upon joining the hub is possible)
    Ideal permission(s) for this plugin.
staffjoin.notify - Anyone with this permission gets notified when a staff member joins
staffjoin.staff - This decides when someone joins, whether they set off a notification to all staff members 0f there joining.

The second part/plugin would more be considered a extension to http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/maxbans/, and this would simply notify all staff members on all the servers when someone gets banned, tempbanned, muted, kicked ect.
Same kind of idea, with a basic permission node like "staff.notify" or something.
I know this might be a bit must to ask, but is a important part to the way I want my staff to manage punishments and stuff on my server.

I can't offer anything but the highest donation rank, and other paid perks on my server (Once it's online, because it's still in development) simply due to financial issues. I honestly do wish I could pay for such a plugin, but honestly I can't.

    Thanks, iMurder.

Should be very easy for somebody to do this :)

I sure hope so! I would try myself, but I am still very inexperienced with java, so it isn't easy :(

I only know how to do this with the normal Bukkit API, But I could give it a try with the LilyPad API :)

Hope you get something. I literally would have no idea where to start myself.

So what do you wan exactly?

    - Only at join?
    - Join and Leave?
    - Exact message layout
    - Custom messages? Or just a default one I could implement?
    - Plugin name??

Both join and leave messages for all staff (joining the group of servers, not joining each individual one)
Could the message layout be editable in a config.yml if possible?
If not i ideally would like it something along the lines of
    &4[&cStaff&4] &3{name} Connected/disconnected
I'm very OCD with color codes, and all my prefixes for commands have that same color layout.
As for the actual plugin name, I honestly don't care. You could call it baked beans from McDonalds. I wouldn't mind :p

I almost finished it, just have to fix some NullPointerExceptions :/. Its without config btw. I first wanted to make the base code and test it.

I guess this could be an addon for LilyBook.
I'll probably add it as a module to it.

@Amir Omidi After so long, it's brilliant to see someone take this on, and achieve it quite well!
