server error

    the minecraft server console says this after i think i set it up corectly.

    [12:46:11] [connect-thread/INFO]: [Connect] Couldn't connect to remote host: "Connection refused: /127.0.0.1:5091", retrying
    also add me on skype if you can solve this my skype name is oakbranch.smith.
